Refund policy
1. Overview
At Camelus Grondstowwe, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
2. Refunds
Refunds are not offered unless there is a valid and exceptional reason. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved solely at our discretion.
Refunds will not be granted for reasons including (but not limited to):

An animal disliking the smell, taste, or texture of the supplement

Personal preferences unrelated to product quality or safety
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Exchanges for Incorrect Orders
If you ordered the wrong product, we’re happy to offer an exchange if:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

You request the exchange within 7 days of delivery

You cover all shipping or courier costs involved in the exchange
4. Damaged Products

Report any damaged items within 48 hours of delivery

We will replace the damaged item at no cost to you
5. Incorrect Delivery
If you received the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange delivery of the correct item and collection of the incorrect one.
